Semirara Mining Corporation is committed to the principles and leading practices of good corporate governance that promote higher standards of accountability and transparency.  It maintains good corporate citizenship by sustaining the development of the communities on the island through its 5E’s program.

Since DMCI Holdings Inc. took over the management of Semirara Mining Corporation in 1997, much has been invested on the social and environmental infrastructures of the island, aside from being the Semirara Island’s single biggest employer.
